DPIC PRESENTS ANNUAL THURGOOD MARSHALL JOURNALISM AWARDS

On Monday, July 25, 2005, DPIC presented its Ninth Annual Thurgood Marshall Journalism Awards at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
