In keep­ing with estab­lished prac­tice, FDA does not review or approve prod­ucts for the pur­pose of lethal injec­tion. FDA has not reviewed the prod­ucts in this ship­ment to deter­mine their iden­ti­ty, safe­ty, effec­tive­ness, puri­ty, or any other characteristics.”
