Two for­mer California death-sen­­tenced pris­on­ers, Ernest Dykes and Curtis Ervin, have filed law­suits against Alameda County, accus­ing the District Attorney’s office of​“set\[ting\] out to rig the juries” in their cap­i­tal cas­es.
