LETHAL INJECTION: Shortage of Drugs Leaves Texas Unsure About Future Executions
On August 1, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice announced its remaining supply of pentobarbital, used for lethal injections, expires in September, and it is unsure where to obtain more.
