On June 26, the Florida Supreme Court over­turned the cap­i­tal mur­der con­vic­tion of Paul Hildwin and ordered a new tri­al because new DNA evi­dence com­plete­ly con­tra­dict­ed the state’s evi­dence pre­sent­ed at tri­al.
