Two Scheduled Executions of People with Intellectual Disability in Florida Raise Serious Concerns

The U.S. Supreme Court’s 2002 deci­sion in *Atkins v. Virginia* estab­lished that the Eighth Amendment pro­hibits exe­cut­ing peo­ple with intel­lec­tu­al dis­abil­i­ty.
