NEWS (3/​10/​20): A Utah fed­er­al dis­trict court has grant­ed a new tri­al to death-row pris­on­er Von Taylor based on defense counsel’s inef­fec­tive­ness in fail­ing to inves­ti­gate the facts before advis­ing him whether to plead guilty.
