News Brief — United Nations Passes Resolution Calling for Global Death Penalty Moratorium

For the eighth time since 2007, the United Nations General Assembly has adopt­ed a res­o­lu­tion call­ing for a glob­al mora­to­ri­um on exe­cu­tions.
