Delaware Supreme Court to Consider Constitutionality of State’s Death Penalty Law

Delaware pub­lic defend­ers have filed a brief in the Delaware Supreme Court argu­ing that the state’s death sen­tenc­ing pro­ce­dures are uncon­sti­tu­tion­al.
